Single-crystals have numerous advantages for 1) theoretical prediction of material properties and 2) exploring the new physical phenomena in nanomaterials because of the preservation of their intrinsic properties.
Therefore, our group focus on the single-crystal growth of nanomaterials, especially 2D materials by means of chemical vapor deposition.
